INTRODUCTION

While definitions of Web 2.0 vary, common to all is the idea that Web 2.0 is the second generation of web development and web design, which facilitates communication, collaboration, social networking and information sharing. Less is the change in technology compared to the change in how people use the web. Web users have become active participants rather than observers.
